Trend of Girls Eloping with Aged and Married Men Shocking: Madras High Court - (03 Nov 2018)

Madras High Court has expressed its shock over increasing incidents of minor girls eloping with married and old persons and observed that by such elopements, not only the family of the minor but also that of the offender, who is already married and having children, is affected.
