SC Clears Appointment of Candidate for Range Officer Post while Setting Aside J&K High Court’s Order - (16 Nov 2015)

SC while setting aside J&K High Court’s order whereby it was upheld that candidate having BSC degree with Forestry as major subject was ineligible for post of Range officer, has directed concerned authorities to issue appointment order in favour of the candidate within a month.
