Bombay HC Grants Relief to Bollywood Actress Mallika Sherawat - (16 Nov 2015)

Bombay HC has allowed revision application filed by Mallika Sherawat alias Reema Lamba, seeking to quash process issued by a magistrate court in Nagpur on a private complaint filed by a local businessman, alleging that kind of clothes worn by actress in her films and public shows was obscene.
