Delhi High Court: Ensure Sensitive Photos in Sexual Assault Cases Not Displayed on E-Court Monitors - (02 Nov 2018)

Delhi High Court has issued a “practice direction”, directing counsel in sexual harassment cases to ensure that intimate and sensitive photographs of victims, filed with their petitions, is not displayed on the ‘e-court monitors’.
