Non-Consideration of Defence of Accused U/s 313 CrPC can Vitiate Conviction: Supreme Court - (01 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court has held that if there has been no consideration at all of defence taken by accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the conviction can stand vitiated.
