All's Not Well, Says Supreme Court After Bihar Govt Claims Ex-minister Manju Verma Can't Be Traced - (31 Oct 2018)

The SC said it's “very strange that the government doesn't know where its former minister is. All is not well." The court also directed the CBI to file chargesheet on time so that no accused could be granted bail.
