Extramarital Affair Alone is Neither Cruelty Nor Abetment of Suicide: Madras High Court - (29 Oct 2018)

Madras High Court has held that a man’s extra-marital affairs cannot be a ground for abetting his wife to commit suicide and has set aside the orders of a lower court awarding three years jail term to him.
