Execution Petition Within 12 Years of Appellate Court Judgment Won’t be Barred by Limitation: SC - (29 Oct 2018)

Supreme Court has held that an execution petition filed within 12 years of the high court judgment affirming the decree passed by the trial court would not be barred by limitation.
