Pragati Maidan Revamp Fails Delhi Govt’s Air Pollution Check After NGT Green Signal - (27 Oct 2018)

On Wednesday, NGT gave a green signal to the project, even though the work at the site had begun without the required clearances under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
