PIL in SC Seeks Anti-harassment Guidelines at Places of Worship, Background Check of Religious Leaders - (26 Oct 2018)

The fresh petition, filed by advocate Maneesh Pathak, said religious places constitute part of work place as many women are employed there, other than those working on a voluntarily basis.
