Bombay High Court: Partial OC Granted by MMRDA Within Rules - (22 Oct 2018)

Bombay High Court has said that partial occupation certificate granted by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to Bellissimo Crown Buildmart Private Limited — a Lodha Group company — for its New Cuffe Parade project in Wadala is within the rules.
