Sovereign Gold Bond 2015-2016- (Reserve Bank of India) (30 Oct 2015)

Banking

The Reserve Bank of India will issue sovereign gold bonds from 26 November 2015, with applications being accepted from 5 November 2015. In keeping with the low risk nature of the asset, interest rates offered stand at 2.75 per cent. Interest on the bonds will be taxable.
