NCLAT Grants Moratorium to IL&FS on Creditors Procedings - (16 Oct 2018)

National Company Law Apellate Tribunal has granted a moratorium on all creditor actions against IL&FS and its group companies for 'Larger Public Interest' until ‘further orders’.
