Kerala High Court Grants Conditional Bail to Bishop Franco Mulakkal in Kerala Nun Rape Case - (16 Oct 2018)

Kerala High Court has granted bail to Bishop Franco Mulakkal and also directed the Bishop to surrender his passport and not to enter Kerala state except for appearing before the probe officer once in two weeks on Saturdays.
