NCDRC: For Flat Delay You Can Seek Higher Damage than Offered in Contract - (15 Oct 2018)

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has observed that buyer has the option to seek higher compensation than what is stipulated in the contract in case of delay in handing over the flats to buyer.
