Bombay HC Asks Railways to Begin ‘Double-Decker' Train Service Between Virar and Churchgate - (15 Oct 2018)

Bombay High Court has asked the Railways to start a double-decker local train between Western Railways’ Virar and Churchgate stations on a trial basis to control the crowd and bring down the number of rail accidents due to overcrowding.
