SC Questions Centre for Opposing French Woman’s Release in Assassination Case of a Chilean Senator - (09 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has questioned government’s stand of opposing release of a French woman facing extradition on charges of involvement in assassination of a Chilean senator in 1991.
