Petitions U/S 482 CrPC to be Filed Only After Completion of 15 Days: Madras High Court - (12 Oct 2018)

Madras High Court has issue directives that petitions under Section 482 CrPC challenging refusal by SHO to record information to be filed only after completion of 15 days from date of receipt of information.
