NRIs can be Appointed as Trustees of Indian Trusts Under Income Tax Act: ITAT - (11 Oct 2018)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has held that under the Income Tax Act appointing of NRIs as trustees of valid Indian trusts is permissible.
