Nirmala Sitharaman to Leave for France Today Amid Rafale Row; SC to Hear Plea Seeking ‘Sealed Cover’ - (10 Oct 2018)

Sitharaman, who will hold with Parly the first edition of defence dialogue, will leave for Paris late on Wednesday night and conclude her visit on Saturday.
