NCLT Directs Insolvency Proceedings Against Madhucon Projects - (10 Oct 2018)

National Company Law Tribunal has admitted a petition to initiate corporate insolvency proceedings against Madhucon Projects Limited and appointed an interim Resolution Professional (RP).
