RTI can’t be Denied because Authentic Information is Available With Another Authority: Delhi HC - (10 Oct 2018)

Delhi High Court has held that a Public Information Officer cannot deny information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 on the ground that authentic information is available with another authority.
