Twin Requirement of Demand and Acceptance of Bribe Must be Proved: Supreme Court - (10 Oct 2018)

Supreme Court has reiterated that in order to prove the offence of any public servant demanding and accepting illegal gratification, one has to necessarily prove the twin requirement of demand and acceptance of the bribe amount.
