No Bar for Developer for Specific Performance of Development Agreement in Sec.14(3)(c) SR Act : SC - (10 Oct 2018)

Supreme Court has held that Section 14(3)(c) of Special Relief Act does not bar a developer from seeking specific performance of development agreement against the owner of the property.
