Allahabad High Court Slams Magistrate for Sedition Proceedings Against Arun Jaitley - (09 Nov 2015)

Allahabad High Court has slammed a judicial magistrate in Uttar Pradesh for initiating suo motu proceedings on sedition charges against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for his comments on Supreme Court verdict striking down NJAC Act saying, he had committed a "manifest illegality".
