Madras HC Directs College to Issue 'Persons Studied in Tamil Medium' Certificate to Student - (09 Oct 2018)

Madras High Court has allowed a petition filed by a Madurai-based law graduate who studied in Tamil seeking direction to a college to issue ‘Persons Studied in Tamil Medium’ (PSTM) certificate.
