NCLT Orders Liquidation of Rathna Stores Pvt. Ltd. - (08 Oct 2018)

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered liquidation of Rathna Stores Pvt Ltd., order came after after a committee of lenders failed to find bidders for revival of the company as part of the resolution process.
