Delhi HC: `Crackers Have No Religious Sanctity; Limit Availability To Make Ban Effective' - (06 Nov 2015)

Delhi High Court while rejecting a woman's plea for a temporary licence to sell crackers in her shop, has backed a “public outcry“ against firecrackers, and said availability of crackers should be limited as they don't have any religious sanctity.
