Groundwater Extraction: Madras High Court Directs Tamil Nadu Not to Grant Licenses for Commercial Use - (04 Oct 2018)

Madras High Court has upheld the orders of State government imposing certain restrictions on extraction of groundwater for commercial purposes by establishments.
