Causing Loss of Rs. 38K, Bank Peon’s Conviction Upheld by SC After 24 Years - (04 Oct 2018)

Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of bank’s peon after 24 Years, who doubled as cash clerk due to shortage of staff, for corruption and causing wrongful loss of Rs. 38,500 to the bank.
