Lesbian Couple Fears for Life from Parents, Delhi HC Grants Police Protection - (03 Oct 2018)

Delhi High Court has granted police protection to a Lesbian couple who approached the High Court following the Supreme Court’s recent path-breaking judgment which held that consensual sex among adult homosexuals is not a crime.
