Rape Survivor can be Prosecuted for Turning Hostile to Protect Accused: Supreme Court - (01 Oct 2018)

Supreme Court has said that a rape survivor can be prosecuted for turning hostile to protect the accused when there is convincing evidence to prove the guilt.
