Allowing Women of All Ages to Enter Sabarimala, SC Takes Note of Kerala Govt’s Conflicting Stands - (29 Sep 2018)

The five-judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, in its 4:1 verdict, has said that ban on entry of women into the shrine was gender discriminatory and violated the rights of Hindu women.
