Bhima-Koregaon Case: Supreme Court Paves Way for Probe Against Activists, Not Case of Political Dissent - (28 Sep 2018)

By 2:1 majority, the Supreme Court held that arrest of the activists in Bhima-Koregaon case was not because of dissent or airing difference of opinion. Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and AM Khanwilkar, by majority, allowed the Maharashtra police to carry on with the investigation.
