Madras High Court Directs Hospitals to Follow Safety Measures - (06 Nov 2015)

Madras HC has directed Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and other enforcement authorities to issue notice to hospitals functioning from high-rise buildings, educational institutions that do not have facilities such as ramps, fire safety measures and completion certificates for structures.
