Allahabad High Court Junks Summons Issued against Arun Jaitley for Commenting over NJAC - (05 Nov 2015)

Allahabad High Court has junked a summons issued by a Mahoba court against Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for criticising Supreme Court’s decision of striking down National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC).
