No Disqualification to Inherit Property When There Is Clear Acquittal by HC: Madras HC - (25 Sep 2018)

Madras High Court has held that there would be no disqualification in inheriting the property, when a murder accused though convicted by the trial court gets clearly acquitted by the high court.
