SC Refuses to Grant Relief on Plea for Declaring Engineering Degree Through Distance Learning Valid - (25 Sep 2018)
Supreme Court has refused to grant any relief to seven petitioners who had enrolled themselves in the years 2004 and 2005 in degree courses in engineering through open distance learning programme from a deemed university.
