Section 438 CrPC (Anticipatory Bail) Applicable in Uttarakhand, Declares Uttarakhand High Court - (24 Sep 2018)

Uttarakhand High Court has declared that provision for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is applicable in the State of Uttarakhand.
