Supreme Court Permits DLF Units to Sell Shares, Dismisses SEBI Plea for Restraint Order - (05 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has allowed three DLF subsidiaries to sell shares worth Rs 12,000 crore to reduce debt, declining plea filed by Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for restraining order.
