Sale of Substandard Drugs: J&K High Court Seeks Action Taken Report - (21 Sep 2018)

J&K High Court has disapproved Government’s tardy approach to act against influx of substandard drugs and sought action taken report with regard to the substandard drugs especially found to have been supplied by J&K Medical Supplies Corporation Ltd.
