Delhi High Court Ends 11 PILs on Illegal Buildings - (21 Sep 2018)

Delhi High Court has disposed PILs pointing out that once an action plan has been drawn to prevent further illegal constructions and removing the existing ones, the concerns raised by the petitioners would be fulfilled.
