Person Who Remains in Encroached Property Disqualified From Being Member of Panchayat: SC - (20 Sep 2018)

Supreme Court has held, overruling its previous decision, that a person who shares an encroached property by residing there, he/she has to be treated as disqualified from being a Member of Panchayat.
