CCI Imposes Fine on Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar - (20 Sep 2018)

Competition Commission of India has imposed a penalty of Rs. 12.35 crore on Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar for alleged contravention of provisions of Competition Act.
