Check Illegal Path Labs, Suggest Steps to Regulate Them: Delhi High Court - (20 Sep 2018)

Delhi High Court has directed state government to regulate unauthorised pathological labs and clinics in the city and also sought a report from the government on steps that can be taken to control such entities in absence of a specific law.
