Bombay High Court Gives Relief to Adani in Coal Imports Case - (20 Sep 2018)

Bombay High Court has granted an interim stay on letter of requests sent by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence to other countries in connection with probe into allegations of overvaluing of Indonesian coal imports.
