Bombay HC Directs BMC to Return 8K Sq metres Land to Developer - (04 Nov 2015)

Bombay High Court has held that Runwal builders is entitled for the return of around 8,209 square metres of land in Nahur that it had surrendered to the authorities and directed Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) to return the same.
