Kerala High Court Allows Payment of Kerala VAT Arrears in Ten Instalments - (18 Sep 2018)

Kerala High Court has allowed an assessee under the Kerala Value Added Tax ( KVAT ) to remit the tax arrears in ten equal instalments.
