Trademark Infringer to Undertake Social Service in Kerala Flood Relief Camps: Delhi High Court - (17 Sep 2018)

Delhi High Court has proposed to a trademark infringer to undertake community service in the flood relief camp in Wayanad district of Kerala, after unconditionally apologizing for infringing the ‘SanDisk’ trademark.
