Even Unregistered Partnership Firm Can Maintain ‘Cheque Bounce’ Complaint: HP High Court - (17 Sep 2018)

Himachal Pradesh HC has held that even an unregistered partnership firm can maintain acheque bounce complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
